Scope

This policy applies to RallyTime for iPhone (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play). RallyTime is developed and operated by Yongkang Haoqi Code Information Technology Co., Ltd..

Your videos and scores stay on your device

RallyTime does not require an account, shows no ads, and includes no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

The videos you import, the scores you mark and player names are processed and stored only on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers.

Subscription verification on Android

When you purchase, restore or refresh a Pro subscription in the Android app, the app sends the Google Play purchase token and the app package name to our subscription verification service. The service checks the subscription with Google Play, acknowledges new purchases and returns the result to the app to decide whether Pro is available. Google Play also notifies the service of subscription changes such as renewals, cancellations and refunds.

The verification service runs on Google Cloud. It has no app accounts and no database of purchase tokens or subscription records; a purchase token is used only during a single verification. The service’s own logs record only fixed error codes and result categories, never purchase tokens, Google accounts or order details.

The cloud platform automatically creates access logs that may include IP address, request time, request path and status code. These are deleted after 30 days. Subscription notifications that fail and need manual handling are kept for up to 7 days.

This information is used only for subscription verification, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. It is not used for advertising or tracking and is never sold. It is shared only with Google, as the provider of Google Play and the cloud service.

Permissions

iPhone:

Photos: to read the videos you choose and save exported videos to your library.

Camera and microphone: only when you record inside the app.

Location (optional): only to fill in the match venue. The app works fine if you decline. The app uses iPhone's built-in geocoding service (provided by Apple) to turn the location into a place name. We never receive or store your location.

Motion & Fitness (optional): lets some home screen elements respond as you tilt your phone. This data never leaves the device.

Android:

You choose videos with the system photo picker, so the app can access only the videos you select and does not request access to your whole library. Exported videos are saved to your photo library; Android 9 and earlier ask for storage write permission when saving.

The Android app does not request camera, microphone or location permissions.

You can turn off granted permissions at any time in your phone's system settings.

Diagnostic records

In-app diagnostic records are stored only on your device and are never uploaded automatically. You can manage them in the app and choose whether to send them to us through system sharing. Check the content and recipient before sharing.

Purchases

Paid features are purchased through the store you downloaded the app from (Apple App Store or Google Play). Apple or Google processes payment; we never receive your card or other payment details.

Deleting your data

Deleting a project in the app removes only that project’s data. Other projects and player profiles remain.

iPhone: Delete App removes the app and its local data. Offload App keeps its documents and data.

Android: uninstalling the app, or clearing the app's storage in system settings, removes its local data.

Original videos and exported videos in your photo library are not deleted when you delete a project or the app. To remove them, use your photo library app separately.

The subscription verification service keeps no records tied to you, and cloud access logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. Contact us at the email below with any questions.
